Zendo is the software you purchase. Running it as a live SaaS requires accounts with third-party providers who bill you directly. These fees are not part of the item price and are paid to the providers, not to us. Everything below can be skipped in demo mode.

• Hosting / VPS / domain / SSL — e.g. Hostinger, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare (their pricing).
• Payment gateways — Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, or Razorpay charge their own transaction fees on each subscription payment. We take no cut; you keep the difference.
• WhatsApp / Instagram / Messenger — Meta Cloud API (or CEQUENS) charges conversation-based pricing.
• AI replies & embeddings — OpenAI, Groq, Gemini, Anthropic, DeepSeek, or OpenRouter bill per token.
• Transactional email (SMTP) — Mailgun, Amazon SES, Brevo, Postmark, etc.
• SMS / OTP — Twilio, Africa’s Talking, or Vonage (per-message pricing).
• Cloud storage (optional) — AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, or DigitalOcean Spaces.
• App store publishing (optional) — Apple Developer Program ($99/yr) and Google Play ($25 one-time).

Requirements

• PHP 8.4+ with the standard Laravel extensions, Composer 2.8+, Node 20+ (to build assets).
• MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.4+; Redis recommended in production.
• Flutter 3.32+ (Dart 3.12+), Xcode 16+ for iOS, Android SDK 36 for Android.
• A reachable HTTPS domain for the API and webhooks.

Note: Zendo connects only through official, documented providers (WhatsApp Cloud API, CEQUENS, etc.). It does not use unofficial WhatsApp QR / “warmer” sessions.
