FieldFlow SaaS is a modern, multi-tenant Field Service Management platform built with Laravel 11, complete with a native iOS and Android mobile application built in Flutter. It gives businesses full control of their field operations — from job scheduling and dispatching to invoicing, digital signatures, and real-time GPS tracking — all through a responsive web portal and a production-ready technician mobile app built for daily field work.

- AI features — Anthropic Claude and OpenAI require API keys billed per usage by each provider. The built-in heuristic mode works with no API key at no cost.
- SMS notifications — requires a Twilio account; per-message charges apply
- WhatsApp notifications — requires a Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API account; message fees apply
All other features, including the full web platform, the native mobile apps, maps, routing, invoicing, digital signatures, and reporting, work with no recurring fee beyond your Envato license.
