EverBloom is a wedding planning and vendor marketplace platform that connects couples, service providers, product sellers, and gift buyers. Built with Flutter and Laravel, it combines a mobile application, responsive website, and administration dashboard in one connected system.
From finding a photographer to managing wedding guests and building a gift registry, EverBloom helps couples organise their celebration while giving vendors tools to grow their businesses.
WEDDING PLANNING FOR COUPLES
Give couples a dedicated workspace to manage their wedding details:

PUBLIC GIFT REGISTRIES & SHOPPING
Friends and family can search for couples by name, open their public registry, and choose meaningful gifts. Shoppers can also purchase products for themselves or select a couple as the recipient of gifts outside their registry.
The shopping experience includes product pages, vendor storefronts, cart management, delivery details, payment checkout, order tracking, and refund requests. Verified purchase reviews help buyers share their experiences.
TWO VENDOR BUSINESS TYPES
Service vendors—including photographers, videographers, planners, florists, and venues—can manage business profiles, publish packages, explain their charges, respond to inquiries, and handle bookings.
Product vendors can upload product photos, manage listings and prices, receive orders, and update delivery progress. Both vendor types can maintain their location, website, profile images, and bank or mobile-money payout details.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, COMMISSIONS & WITHDRAWALS
EverBloom supports subscription memberships for couples and vendors, with free shopper registration. Administrators can configure plans, prices, access limits, and AI availability.
Platform owners can set commissions on vendor purchases, track platform revenue and vendor earnings, and review withdrawal requests. Vendor payouts are managed by the administrator using saved payout details. Subscription revenue belongs to the platform.
AI-ASSISTED PLANNING & BUSINESS TOOLS
Connect OpenAI or Anthropic through administrator-managed API settings. AI features help couples explore planning ideas, relevant vendors, venues, and products, while vendors can use assistance for business content and customer communication.
AI access is controlled by membership settings and requires separately configured API credentials.
PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATIONS
Integrations are included for:

Administrators manage gateway settings and the platform currency. Checkout availability depends on the selected provider, supported currency, merchant approval, and valid credentials. Payments are marked successful only after provider verification.
ADMINISTRATION & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
The administration workspace brings together account management, vendors, events, products, subscriptions, payments, commissions, withdrawals, refunds, reports, AI settings, and website images.
Couples and vendors can report transaction-related problems. Repeated reports from different accounts can trigger an automatic account pause for administrator review.
CONNECTED MOBILE & WEB EXPERIENCE
The Flutter application connects to the Laravel backend so users can access their accounts and supported workflows across mobile and web. Dedicated experiences serve couples, service vendors, product vendors, and shoppers, with platform administration available through the web dashboard.
The interface uses an ivory, olive, and sage palette designed around weddings, gifting, and home essentials.

A compatible hosting environment, database, email service, and third-party credentials are required. Payment processing, AI usage, hosting, and email services may incur separate charges.
Some mobile workflows use integrated web screens. App Store and Google Play publishing require the buyer’s developer accounts and separate submission. Product photographs may include licensed reference imagery; consult the supplied asset credits and replace images where appropriate for your own catalogue.
